  • Graduate of any 4 years Business related course
  • With  experience in Marketing  and / or business development of consumer loans, commercial and corporate banking, insurance and leasing.
  • Knowledgeable in handling and processing loan application
  • Knowledgeable in basic computer applications
  • Familiar with remedial actions such as collection cases, annotation/cancellation and foreclosure of mortgages
  • Proven communication skills both oral and written
  • Proven interpersonal skills
  • Knows how to drive ( 4 wheels & motorcycle )


3.     COMPTROLLER (Chief Accounting Officer)


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration
  • Equivalent business experience and 2+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation
  • Preference will be given to candidates with the Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations
  • Expertise with software systems, including Excel and, ideally, Sage accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proven ability to initiate and manage projects.
  • Ability to work well in a team, and excitement for the often dynamic, occasionally chaotic environment of a young, growing, and fast-paced international not-for-profit.
  • Willingness to negotiate with sometimes difficult service providers like banks
  • Candidates should be self-starting, forward thinking, individuals
  • Candidates must have a hands-on approach to problem-solving and be comfortable with written and oral communication.




  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Accounting, Sales & Marketing or any business course
  • Intermediate Skills in Leadership People Management
  • Communication Skills – VERBAL. Advance Skills in Customer Service Handling
  • Applicants must be willing to work with Pangasinan Area, Tayug and Rosario, La Union
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
  • Solid analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Teamwork skills and leadership potential
  • Has the ability to work well under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
